Muay Thai Competitor & King in the Ring Champion

Michael is a Nak Muay trained by Ethan Shepp, from the elite House of Pain stables. He is a regular on the local Kickboxing & Muay Thai tournament circuits and has headlined the prominent Knees of Fury show.

Michael has claimed the WKA & IKBF New Zealand Championship belts and is actively looking for new competition opportunities. He is currently sponsored by MMA Addict Fightwear.

In a huge 2024 competition season, Michael entered the King in the Ring Welterweight tournament on June 8th. After 3 hard fights and an extension round in the finale, Michael was crowned the King in the Ring champion via split decision over Daniel Ruwanga in what will go down as the fight of the year.

He then backed that up by winning his first World Title in November at Knees of Fury 94, where he defeated Cambodian champion Tanh Makara (a veteran of over 100 fights) to claim the Kun Khmer World Title.
