Krav Maga
Practical Self-Defence
Krav Maga is a practical self-defence system, which teaches how to prevent, deal with, and overcome all kinds of violence and attacks. Krav Maga prepares the trainees in the subjects of skills to defend others, which is unique in its comprehensive teachings and methods.
Our classes are run by Hamilton's IKMF accredited instructor Vincent and are provided in collaboration with Project AIR.
