Kids BJJ & MMA Tournament
Welcome to the CORE MMA Kids In-House Tournament. Here you can find the competition rules and format.
The tournament is designed to give the kids a chance to test out the skills they have been learning in class. The format is designed to be a fun, friendly club day which offers a safe introductory experience to competition.

9:30 - 10am Team Warmup & Draw Announced
10am Competition Starts

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu / Grappling Division Rules based on takedowns, pins and submissions. Learn more
Light-Contact MMA Rules
There are no head strikes permitted in this division, and all striking must demonstrate control. Learn more
