  9. Staff members are not permitted to perform their duties while under the influence of any drugs or alcohol.
  10. If you are sick, you need to take appropriate precautions to reduce the chance of spreading the virus or infection. Staff are to follow and uphold the gym's Health & Safety policies as well as our return to play guide at all times.
  11. Staff members are not to disturb other trainers while training clients or question their training method openly in front of clients, unless the trainer and/or client is at immediate danger or risk to injury.
  12. Staff members are to acknowledge the gym has permanent surveillance footage which may be used or reviewed at any time at managements discretion. Staff accept this as a condition of their workplace.
  13. Staff are to respect clients personal information and confidentiality, and will not access this information without a direct business need.
