Code of Conduct
- Trainers are to follow and reinforce house rules with clients at all times when working the gym floor. See link for gym rules.

Wearing clean appropriate clothing, taking care of body odour, controlling excessive sweating and just general self care.
- Trainers are to act and behave in a professional manner at all times. This means speaking to clients and members with respect.

- All disputes or disagreements between staff/trainers are to be handled with a management representative present and are not to be carried out on the gym floor or in the presence of any members.
- Shoes on clients is at the discretion of the trainer however footwear must be worn too and from the gym. Clients are also forbidden from using the toilets in bare feet. If the trainer is not working out, than the trainer must wear footwear during the sessions.
All equipment is to be wiped down and returned to its rightful place after use, even if the trainer didn't find it where it belongs. - All clients are to have appropriate memberships which entitle them to use of the gym area.If the client does not have a membership they can pay the casual rate with a PT of $15 (normally $20). Failure to enforce this will result in the facility invoicing you the Personal Trainer for that session.
- If you come across broken equipment please notify gym management by word of mouth, email or text.
- Trainers are expected to hold themselves to their highest standard and will operate in a professional manner that does not damage the reputation of the gym. Trainers will not operate business in and unlawful on underhanded manner at anytime, including bringing in non-members or participating in the sale of any unlawful substances.
- Trainers are not permitted to conduct any training session while under the influence of any drugs or alcohol. If Trainers are sick, you are to take appropriate precautions to reduce the chance of spreading the virus or infection. This may result in you handing clients on to other trainers for the week if possible.
- Trainers are not to disturb other trainers while training clients or question their training method openly in front of clients, unless the trainer and/or client is at immediate danger or risk to injury.
- Trainers are not to eat on the gym floor at any time. Only drinks that are allowed are water, sports drink or coffee all in sealable cups or bottles. Food can be consumed seated behind the desk or there are multiple restaurants and cafes around the gym facility.
