UFC Fighter - James Te Huna - CORE MMA Seminar

Kiwi UFC fighter James Te Huna was in at CORE MMA on the 2nd of March to take a 2-hour MMA seminar.

The seminar began with a 15 minute talk about his journey and experiences, overcoming adversities and the discipline he used to follow his dreams. Then he moved on to cover practical work, basic fundamentals and striking to suit MMA, transitioning to wrestling and ground n pound. James basically teaches everything you don't get taught by others, covering all the finer details that make all the difference. We then finished off with Q and A's, and photos. A4 James Te Huna poster cards were also be signed and given out.
