CORE MMA is super privileged to be have had the opportunity to host Professor Rafael Mendes for two Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Seminars (Gi and Nogi) in November 2014.

Professor 'Rafa' is both a highly skilled and sincere athlete, as well as an amazing coach. His technique and rolling were absolutely beautiful to watch - we can't wait to have him back again in the future!
